A super soft, moist crumb chock-full of sunflower seeds and rolled oats. Lightly sweetened with locally-sourced raw Slide Ridge Honey. Rectangular in shape to maximize full-size slices. Loaves are lightly de-gassed for a tighter crumb to hold condiments.
