This week, Chef Courtney Larsen has prepared four courses, from-scratch, featuring Indonesian food he learned to make during his stay in Raja Ampat, Indonesia. *This dinner club is entirely gluten free* Cocktail hour & seating begin at 6PM. 1st course served at 7PM. RSVP required.

About the event
A four course dinner with drink pairings
$35 per guest, + drinks & gratuity
Drinks & seating begin at 6pm, first course served at 7pm
First Course:
Gado Gado
rice and vegetable salad with peanut dressing
Second Course:
Kare Laksa
coconut and chicken broth with vermicelli noodles (laksa) chicken and vegetables
Third Course:
Beef Rendang (coconut braised beef)
with Nasi Kuning (yellow celebration rice) and Asian Greens
Fourth Course:
Onde Onde (steamed sweet rice dumplings)
with Pandan Cake
