This week the chef and the baker are heading to a family wedding. We are excited to be hosting guest chef, Cody Major! A talented chef in his own right, Cody has been the sous chef for both chefs Barney and Robyn. He has also worked in kitchens in Park City and the pacific northwest. His menu will be elevating local summer produce.
1- local red fruit salad
watermelon, yogurt, cardamom
2- elote con tajin
grilled local sweet corn, creme, chili

4- roasted hassleback apples
